Book project

You are going to read a book - you choose one you think you will manage.

For each week you will get a certain task to prepare. You will have 5 weeks to finish the book. Divide your book into 5 parts and that is how many pages you will read every week.  

On Fridays every week  you must be ready to discuss your task. 

Friday 4/9 week 36: Read 1/5 and pick 15 words that you should translate and make a game with - for example word game, memory, put the words that fit together etc.

Friday 11/9 week 37: Read 2/5 and make a description of the main character and the environment

Friday 18/9 week 38: Read 3/5 and illustrate what you have read this week

Friday 25/9 week 39: Read 4/5 and make connections to other texts, to films and to yourself 

Friday 2/10 week 40: Finish the book and prepare to talk about it. Use a mindmap. After that you will write a book report. 

We will also do other things during this time, such as listen to the radio programme Newsreel.
